Like most of us, I was given the false dream from a young age.
“Go to school and get a good paying job.”
Falling for the deception, I successfully completed a Bachelors of Commerce with a Major in Accounting and Finance.
After completing my degree, I went to get a job which is related to my studies – Accounting/Finance.
HOW BORING!
I literally worked for 3 months before I quit the job. I realised that working in an office for someone was NOT FOR ME.
Ever since then, I have been on a journey in building and growing businesses.
In my journey so far, I have built a number of businesses.
Some are thriving, some have stood the test of time and others have failed – miserably.
But in the businesses that I have built, I must admit – building and growing a dent repair business is one of the most challenging, fun and rewarding experiences so far.
The happiest moment in running the business is seeing the reaction of a satisfied customer once their car is complete – knowing that our efforts and hard work can bring them happiness is very satisfying for us.

Jae began his business in PDR in 1999. He is well known and highly respected in the world of PDR. Many old time technicians recognise his famous hammer and consider him as one of the pioneers in this field
Since then, Jae and the team has been trusted by insurance companies around the world to repair their hail damaged cars.
He has travelled to various parts of Europe, up and down USA, all over Australia and even ventured into Oman to repair hail damaged cars!
Jae is well known and highly respected in the world of PDR. Many old time technicians recognises his famous hammer and considers him as one of the pioneers in this field.
He is famous for his hammering technique where it is rumoured that his special hammer can help him fix dents 5x faster than your ordinary technician.
It is this hammering technique which has revolutionised the PDR industry in the early 2000’s when he had to repair a Honda S2000. This technique is now being used by many World Class PDR Technicians.
Jae is our Head Instructor – he manages and oversees all of the training and courses.

It wasn’t much fun. Over time, he was over dealing with the headaches which came with working with various music artists but at the same time knew staying in a retail store was not a future he wanted.

Isaac progressed quickly with the course and within a few months, he mastered the repairing technique and was working alongside other technicians at our workshop.
Josh
From an early age, Josh idolized music personalities such as Michael Jackson and Usher. He then took a punt in the music scene. He appeared on various TV shows as extras and performed as a dancer, but the music scene was not what he envisioned, and eventually left and worked in a “normal job” in removals.
Josh quickly came to realize that he wanted more and came to his friend for career advice. He was then directed to us where we helped him discover that he could build a future career in repairing cars.
He started the PDR course and within a short period of time, he was working alongside our team of technicians.
