All of our products and services included a 14 day money back guarantee. If you encounter any problems with software/consultation/online programs or performance issues with support, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 14 days of the purchase date.

No refunds are available after 14 days. In order to refund your product or service, you must submit a refund request.

Most refunds take up to 7 days but in some cases it can take up to 2 – 3 weeks.
